Susan began her career with J&A at its inception in 1986.  She returned in 2005 as the Communications Coordinator, now she is the Director of Operations and will be the hub for all communications as well as coordinate the preparation of documents.

Ms. Long recently earned her certification as CPBA, (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst).   Her new designation of CPBA identifies her as proficient in the administration and interpretation of DISC instruments. DISC is the foundation of J&A's highly praised series of "Team Talk" Workshops. DISC behavioral tools have been widely used in consulting situations, corporations, and non-profit organizations across the world for a variety of purposes. DISC Certification prepares and provides a person, team, or organization with an excellent tool for accurately analyzing human behavior.

Susan facilitates the Dynamic Communication Workshop for individuals and teams wishing to enhance their communication skills.

In addition, she has experience meeting clients’ needs and making sure the entire process runs smoothly.  Her participation in the executive search process is to serve as a support system and communications conduit for both the applicants and the client.
