~ Spring Cleaning ~

Happy Spring to each of you!  This is the time of year when the weather begins to warm up (well, at least it’s supposed to!) and Mother Nature’s new growth becomes evident.  It’s a season when we want to clear out the winter clutter, as we long for fresh beginnings.

This is the perfect time of year for you to do some spring cleaning of your own.  Take a look around your work place and notice what needs improvement to increase your chances for success in 2010.  Perhaps you need new leadership.  Perhaps your team needs some re-energizing.  Perhaps it is time for you to take action on your desire to build a dynamic team.

J&A was pleased to recently be invited to conduct our TEAM TALK for the Sachse (TX) EDC, City of Sachse Department Heads, Police Department and the entire Finance Department.  J&A also conducted TEAM TALK for the Copperas Cove (TX) EDC, Board of Directors and Staff.  Both groups came away with great tools they will use to enhance communication among team members!

Congratulations to our very own Susi Long, CPBA, who is celebrating her 5th year back with J&A!  Susi is an incredible asset to our team and, frankly, it’s US who are doing the celebrating that we have her here on board!  Here’s to the next five years, Susi!

Not only are we celebrating Susi’s anniversary date, she recently earned her recertification in DISC behavior assessments! DISC is the foundation of J&A's highly praised series of "TEAM TALK" Workshops.
