After interviewing three national Executive Search Firms, we chose Chloe Johnson, Principal in the firm Johnson and Associates and her firm to search for our first Exec Director of MCEDC. It was during that process that I learned about the wealth of knowledge that Chloe and her firm possess. It was Chloe who suggested that I attend the Basic E.D. school. It was at that school that I found that most of what I thought that I knew about E.D. was off base. Chloe was one of the trainers at that school and it was there that I learned how respected she is by her piers, not only in Texas, but nationally.

Team Talk

Today, I completed the Team Talk survey.  However, after reading the analysis, it scared me to death.  The analysis described me almost so completely it's unbelievable.  For your information, I reluctantly agree that the survey results are accurate, and I must admit to both the positive and negative attributes.

I am so impressed with the job of J&A that I can't describe it.  I just never saw anything like that, but I guess larger towns all use professional help in searching and selecting management people.
