interviewing three national Executive Search Firms, we chose Chloe
Johnson, Principal in the firm Johnson and Associates and her firm
to search for our first Exec Director of MCEDC. It was during that
process that I learned about the wealth of knowledge that Chloe and

E.D. school. It was at that school that I found that most of what
